• Whenever possible, choose open places rather than closed places.

If you have any symptoms, such as fever, cough or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Call before going to your health center, so that you can be directed to the most appropriate one. In this way, you protect yourself and prevent the spread of viruses and other infections.

Masks: Properly fitted ffp2 or surgical masks can help prevent person-to-person transmission of the virus, but they do not protect against coronavirus alone, so they must be combined with respecting safety distance and sanitation.
